Nitish Kumar Highlights Bihar’s Progress and Unity at Rally in Nawada, Calls for Support for Development Candidates

Bihar’s Chief Minister, Nitish Kumar, held a big rally on Thursday at Biju Bigha in Nawada district. He was joined by many leaders from his party, JDU, including Sanjay Jha, the state Water Resources Minister. In his speech, Nitish Kumar strongly criticized the opposition for corruption and nepotism, indirectly targeting RJD leader Lalu Prasad Yadav and his family.

Nitish Kumar pointed out that before 2005, Bihar lacked development and was plagued by corruption and chaos. He mentioned that during that time, the state was under “Jungle Raj,” but his government has since transformed Bihar, focusing on progress and governance. He emphasized that his political efforts are for the state’s development, not for his family.

The Chief Minister highlighted his government’s accomplishments since 2005, noting significant improvements in education, health, roads, and electricity. He mentioned that every village now has access to electricity, drinking water, and health services. Nitish Kumar stated that many young people in Bihar are finding employment opportunities, and his government aims to ensure no youth remains unemployed.

During the rally, Nitish Kumar also stressed the importance of social harmony and communal unity, especially in sensitive regions like Nawada. He expressed concern over communal tensions and urged people to work together, stating that unity is vital for Bihar’s progress.

Towards the end of the rally, Nitish Kumar asked the public to support the candidates from the LJP party for upcoming elections. He endorsed Vimal Rajvanshi and Vibha Devi, calling them honest and dedicated individuals who can help the region develop further. He thanked the large crowd for their presence and support.
