DM Rakesh Kumar’s Visit to Naxal-Affected Area
DM Rakesh Kumar visited the Khaira block’s Harani Panchayat in Khilar village, which is considered extremely Naxal-affected. Setting up a chaupal there, he listened to the villagers’ problems and assured them that all their issues would be resolved. The villagers were surprised to see this side of the DM and shared their problems with him.
Addressing Villagers’ Concerns
During the visit, the villagers shared their issues with the DM. He made a list of the villagers who were not benefiting from various government schemes like the PM housing scheme and Ayushman card scheme. He assigned a woman from the village the responsibility of ensuring that all eligible villagers receive the benefits of these schemes.
Positive Impact of the DM’s Visit
The villagers were happy to see the DM’s proactive approach and felt a sense of joy after his visit. They mentioned that it was the first time in history that a District Magistrate had visited their village. Khilar village is located in a remote and highly Naxal-affected area, making the DM’s visit significant. Civil Surgeon Dr. Kumar Mahendra Pratap and District Education Officer Kapil Dev Tiwari were also present during the visit.
गुलशन कश्यप/जमुई के डीएम ने नक्सल प्रभावित इलाके में अपना दौरा किया और लोगों की समस्याओं का समाधान करने का आश्वासन दिया। इसके बाद नक्सल प्रभावित गांव की महिला ने सरकारी योजनाओं का लाभ पाने के लिए ग्रामीणों की एक सूची तैयार की और उन्हें तत्काल रूप से योजनाओं का लाभ दिलाने का आश्वासन दिया। इस दौरान डॉक्टर कुमार महेंद्र प्रताप, जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी कपिल देव तिवारी सहित अन्य लोग भी मौजूद रहे।
