New Online Process for Property Mutation in Patna Municipal Corporation Area
If you reside in the Patna Municipal Corporation area, you no longer need to visit government offices for property mutation or name change. A new system has been introduced by the Patna Municipal Corporation where individuals can apply online for mutation (transfer of ownership) of any purchased holding. Additionally, people can also transfer property in their name after the death of a parent or relative. Previously, this had to be done through offline applications, which were time-consuming and required multiple visits to government offices.
Online Portal for Property Mutation in Patna
The Patna Municipal Corporation has created an online portal for filing applications for mutation. Once an application is submitted, the mutation process will be completed within 35 days. Information regarding the process will be sent to the applicant’s mobile via messages and notifications on the login page. The application fee for mutation is set at only Rs. 100. For properties with an area of less than 1000 square feet, an additional fee of Rs. 500 is required, and for properties with an area exceeding 1000 square feet, an extra fee of Rs. 1 per square foot is applicable. The website of the Municipal Corporation will have a link for property valuation and mutation, where applicants can upload necessary documents. Required Documents for Mutation or Name Change
To apply for mutation or name change, the following documents need to be prepared: essay sale deed, receipt from the revenue district office, Aadhaar card, property tax payment receipts for the previous and current financial years, and solid waste management fee payment receipt. In the case of mutation or name change as per inheritance rights, additional documents such as death certificate, family list, receipt from the revenue district office, registered partition deed, Aadhaar cards of the deceased and the applicant, property tax payment receipts for the previous and current financial years, and solid waste management fee payment receipt need to be uploaded. If any heir does not want to keep their share in the property and wants to give it to the remaining heirs, an affidavit of non-objection must be submitted online.
पटना नगर निगम ने एक नई व्यवस्था शुरू की है जिसके माध्यम से लोग अपनी संपत्ति का म्यूटेशन और नाम परिवर्तन ऑनलाइन कर सकेंगे। इसके लिए पटना नगर निगम ने एक पोर्टल बनाया है जहां लोग आवेदन करके अपनी संपत्ति का म्यूटेशन करवा सकेंगे। इस प्रक्रिया में सिर्फ 100 रुपये का आवेदन शुल्क लिया जाएगा। इसके अलावा लोग अपनी मृत्यु के बाद भी संपत्ति का नामांतरण अपने नाम पर करवा सकेंगे। यह नई व्यवस्था घर बैठे ही अपने काम को झट से पूरा करने का सुनहरा अवसर प्रदान करेगी।
