Orange Alert Issued in 19 Districts of Bihar
The weather department in Bihar has issued an orange alert today for 19 districts in the state due to heavy rain and strong winds. Light rain was reported in Ara, Jamui, Jehanabad, and Buxar on Tuesday morning. Analysis of data received from radar and satellites suggests that there is a possibility of light to moderate rain accompanied by thunder and lightning, along with strong winds.
Possibility of Relief from Heat after May 25
People in Bihar may get relief from the heat after May 25. During this time, there is a possibility of rain or thunderstorms with gusty winds in different parts of the state. An orange alert has been issued for Eastern and Western Champaran regarding rain. Gopalganj, Siwan, Saran, Sheohar, Sitamarhi, Muzaffarpur, Vaishali, Samastipur, Darbhanga, Madhubani, Saharsa, Supaul, Madhepura, Araria, Purnia, Katihar, and Kishanganj experienced the highest temperatures on Monday.
Significant Decrease in Temperature
The maximum temperature recorded in Aurangabad and Rohtas districts was 41.4 degrees Celsius. Other districts also saw a decrease in temperature by 4 to 5 degrees. Araria’s Farbisganj received the highest rainfall of 80 mm on Monday, followed by Charghar in Kishanganj with 72.4 mm. Meanwhile, Purnia received 11 mm, Bhagalpur 1 mm, Banka 2.8 mm, Supaul 7.2 mm, Madhubani 3.3 mm, Sitamarhi 0.5 mm, Katihar 6 mm, Western Champaran 15.3 mm, Eastern Champaran 10.9 mm, Muzaffarpur 2 mm, Samastipur 1.6 mm, and Gopalganj district 1.7 mm of rainfall.
बिहार में मौसम विभाग ने आज प्रदेश के 19 जिलों में बारिश और तेज हवा चलने को लेकर ऑरेंज अलर्ट जारी किया है। आरा, जमुई, जहानाबाद और बक्सर में हल्की बारिश हुई है। मेघगर्जन और वज्रपात के साथ हल्की से मध्य स्तर की बारिश की संभावना है और तेज आंधी चलने की भी संभावना है। गर्मी से लोगो को 25 मई के बाद से राहत मिलने की संभावना है। इस दौरान अलग-अलग हिस्सों में आंधी के साथ बारिश या गरज की संभावना है। ऑरेंज अलर्ट जारी किया गया है पूर्वी और पश्चिमी चंपारण में बारिश के लिए। जिलों में बारिश की मात्रा भी उचित है।
