It is reported that two days ago, a 22-year-old girl from Potiya village was found dead in her home. Upon learning about the incident, Pappu Yadav visited the victim’s family to express his condolences. In the Potiya Durga Mandir ward number 9 of the Potiya police station area, a 20-year-old girl was sleeping with her mother two days ago. Late on Friday night, her boyfriend, Amod Kumar, entered the house and shot her dead. Anjali and Amod had been in a relationship for the past two years. However, Amod had refused to marry her and had even tried to defame her by circulating photos and videos. Anjali had filed an FIR against Amod for this, and the case was pending in court. Tragically, Amod committed the murder before the final hearing.
Call for Speedy Trial
Pappu Yadav demanded a strict punishment for the arrested criminals under a speedy trial. He also spoke to the Police Superintendent about the case and urged for the quick arrest of the culprits involved in the incident.
