Residents of Ratna Sanchar Nagar in Danapur, Patna, experienced severe distress due to a power outage that lasted for three consecutive days. The problem, affecting 11 towers in the Ratna Builder’s complex, highlighted significant issues with the local electricity supply system.

Three Days of Darkness in Danapur

For three days, the residents of Ratna Sanchar Nagar in Danapur, Patna, were without electricity. This prolonged power cut caused considerable inconvenience and distress to the people living in the 11 towers of the builder’s complex, disrupting daily life and essential services and raising concerns among them.

New Transformer Fails to Deliver

Authorities attempted to resolve the issue by installing a new transformer today. However, this new unit proved insufficient to handle the entire load of all the towers. Despite its installation, towers number 6 and 7 remained without electricity, indicating a persistent problem with the power infrastructure.

Partial Solutions and Ongoing Struggles

While towers 6 and 7 continued to face a complete blackout, other towers managed to restore some electricity. Residents in these towers reportedly arranged for power through various alternative connections from different sources. Additionally, all towers were relying on generators to provide temporary electricity to the residents, but this was a costly and unsustainable solution.

Demand for Reliable Power Supply

The repeated power disruptions and the failure of new equipment to provide a stable supply have raised concerns among the residents. They urged the authorities to implement a permanent and robust solution to ensure uninterrupted power supply to all towers in Ratna Sanchar Nagar.
