Patna Police demonstrated swift action in a robbery case reported under the Mokama police station area. On February 5, 2026, a pickup vehicle was looted on the route from Shivnar Temple to the New Bypass. Acting immediately on the information, the police team managed to solve the case within just one hour. The team recovered the stolen vehicle along with the goods and arrested three individuals involved in the incident.

How did the Police track the accused?

As soon as the report was filed, senior police officers directed the local police station to take charge. The local team worked in coordination with the Dial 112 unit and the Highway Patrolling team. They used technical analysis and gathered information from local sources to track the movement of the robbers. This coordinated effort helped them locate the suspects very quickly.

What was recovered during the operation?

The police successfully recovered the looted pickup van with all the goods still inside. During the operation, they also seized a Scorpio vehicle that was used by the criminals to commit the robbery. Three accused persons were taken into custody within an hour of the crime. Superintendent of Police (Rural), Patna, Shri Kundan Kumar provided details regarding this successful operation.
