Patna Teacher Candidates Demand 1.20 Lakh Posts in TRE-4, Protest for Timely Recruitment Before September 15

In Patna, there is a big protest happening with teacher candidates on the streets again. They are very upset about the TRE-4 recruitment process and are demanding the announcement of 1.20 lakh job vacancies. On Tuesday, thousands of candidates marched to express their anger over reduced job positions.

The protests began around 11 AM at Patna College. The candidates marched towards the Chief Minister’s house, passing through various locations including Khaitan Market and Gandhi Maidan. They claim the government promised to restore a large number of posts but later reduced them significantly, creating frustration among the youth.

Many candidates believe that the government is cheating the local youth by not providing the expected number of job vacancies. They argue that there should be a fair and clear recruitment process to avoid any disturbances or fraud. They want the government to stick to its promises and provide adequate job opportunities.

Meanwhile, the Education Minister has announced that over 26,000 posts will be filled in this fourth phase of recruitment. He mentioned that the exams will take place between December 16 and 19, 2025, with results expected between January 20 and 26, 2026. He assured that the process will be transparent.

The candidates are eagerly waiting for the government’s response and hope that their demands will be met soon. They want to see concrete action and a fair recruitment process that provides opportunities for all deserving candidates.
