Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the Jan Aushadhi Kendra at Devghar AIIMS today. He expressed his happiness at getting the opportunity to inaugurate the center on Baba’s land. The Prime Minister said that now the people of the village will be able to get affordable medicines. He also emphasized the importance of saving money by avoiding unnecessary medical expenses. The Jan Aushadhi Kendra will offer discounts of 50 to 90 percent on more than 2000 medicines. The center will also provide around 900 surgical items. The inauguration of the PM Jan Aushadhi Kendra was conducted through video conferencing and the event was attended by Godda MP Dr. Nishikant Dubey.
Benefits for Patients and Availability of Medicines:
The opening of the PM Jan Aushadhi Kendra in AIIMS will provide relief to patients who no longer need to wait in long queues at the Amrit Pharmacy to get their medicines. All medicines will be available at discounted rates in the center. After the emergency services are activated, the facility will be available 24 hours a day. Patients will receive discounts of 50 to 90 percent on medicines at the PM Jan Aushadhi Kendra. All government generic medicines will be available here. Additionally, all medicines prescribed by AIIMS doctors will also be easily accessible.
Facilities and Coordination:
The coordination for the inauguration event was done by CEO Ravi and the nodal officer of PMBI with the director of Devghar AIIMS. The PM Jan Aushadhi Kendra will remain open as per the OPD schedule. This initiative will provide relief to patients by reducing waiting times at Amrit Pharmacy and making all medicines available at affordable rates in the center. After the emergency services are activated at Devghar AIIMS, the facility will be available 24 hours a day.
प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने देवघर एम्स के जन औषधि केंद्र का उद्घाटन किया है। इसके माध्यम से गांव के लोगों को सस्ती दवा मिलेगी और उन्हें डिस्काउंट भी मिलेगी। इस उद्घाटन समारोह में गोड्डा सांसद डॉ निशिकांत दुबे भी मौजूद रहे। इसके अलावा देवघर एम्स में अमृत फार्मेसी के पास पीएम जन औषधि केंद्र भी है जहां सभी सरकारी जेनेरिक दवाइयां और करीब 900 सर्जिकल आइटम उपलब्ध होंगे। इस सेवा के बाद मरीजों को अमृत फार्मेसी में लंबी लाइन लगाकर दवा नहीं लेनी पड़ेगी और सभी दवाइयां सस्ती दर पर उपलब्ध होंगी।
