PM Modi to Inaugurate Development Projects in Samastipur
PM Modi will virtually lay the foundation stone and inaugurate 28 development projects for the passengers of the Samastipur Railway Division. The inauguration will also include Shahpur Patori Railway Station under Sonpur Railway Division. The DRM Vinay Srivastava mentioned that there are a total of 9 railway stations, 19 ROBs, and ALC under the Samastipur Railway Division. The beautification of the Gumati at the Railway Gumti number 32 near Dalsinghsarai Station and Shahpur Patori Railway Station is also scheduled to take place.
Re-Development of 9 Railway Stations Under the Amrit Bharat Station Yojana
As part of the Amrit Bharat Station Yojana, PM Modi will lay the foundation stone for the re-development of 9 railway stations under the Samastipur Railway Division. These stations include Chakia, Motipur, Gorasahan, Madhepura, Supaul, Raxaul, and Laheriasarai. Foot over bridges will also be constructed between various stations like Samastipur-Khagaria, Rosra-Nayanagar, Juba Sahni-Pipra, Juba Sahni-Pipariya, Angar Ghat-Bhagwanpur Desua, Rosera-Singhia Ghat, Krishna Singh Gadhpora, Laheriasarai-Darbhanga, and more.
Construction of Road Over Bridges and Foot Over Bridges
Various locations in Samastipur will witness the construction of Road Over Bridges and Foot Over Bridges, including Gumti number 13, 7, 10, 30, 20, 21, 124, and 28. These projects aim to improve connectivity and ease the traffic congestion in the region. The development projects are set to bring significant improvements in the infrastructure of Samastipur and enhance the overall travel experience for passengers.
