PM Modi to Visit Bihar after NDA Government Formation
Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to visit Bihar for the first time after the formation of the NDA government in the state. His Bihar tour on March 2 is being considered crucial in the context of the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. A rally will be held in Aurangabad, and Chief Minister Nitish Kumar will also accompany him. Deputy CM Sushil Modi has announced that on the day PM Modi visits Bihar, the scheme providing free medical treatment up to five lakh rupees to those receiving up to five kilograms of grain will begin.
NDA Government to Focus on Bihar’s Development
Deputy CM Sushil Modi stated that a double-engine government has been formed in Bihar, which will work towards the state’s development. Since the NDA government came into power in 2020, the Ayushman card scheme offering free medical treatment up to five lakh rupees has been implemented in Bihar. The needy population will now have access to both grains and medical treatment under the NDA government.
Deputy CM Chaudhary Emphasizes on Reservation
During his presence at Sant Ravidas Jayanti celebrations, Deputy CM Sushil Chaudhary stressed the importance of reservation until every backward individual achieves progress. He mentioned that full reservation will be provided to all tribals by 2029. Chaudhary praised PM Modi for working towards fulfilling the dream of providing reservation, contrary to what the Congress claims.
