★This year, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will also tie a rakhi made by Mithila’s daughter. Her name is Radha Jha and she hails from Makaranda village in Darbhanga’s Manigachi block. Currently, she works at the Khadi Bhandar in the Rambagh area of the district. Radha Jha has made an eco-friendly rakhi using grass and thread. She will be tying this rakhi on PM Modi’s wrist.

★The Khadi Bhandar in Rambagh has given the responsibility of making a rakhi for Prime Minister Narendra Modi to Radha Jha, a woman working there. This initiative aims to promote the use of khadi. Radha Jha’s eco-friendly rakhi made from grass and thread was selected after being sent to the Prime Minister’s Office. Following the selection, Radha Jha has traveled to Delhi with her husband Nares Jha.

देश के 51 खादी भंडारों से बनी राखी का चयन हुआ

★Vinod Kumar Mishra, the manager of the Khadi Bhandar in Rambagh, revealed that 51 khadi bhandars across the country were selected to make rakhis for Raksha Bandhan. Instructions were received from the Patna State Office to make khadi rakhis for the Prime Minister. Radha Jha, a resident of Makaranda in the Manigachi police station area, was given the responsibility of making a rakhi for the Prime Minister using grass and thread. She has been associated with this Khadi Bhandar for the past eight years.

She considers this rakhi to be completely eco-friendly.
