Arrest of Notorious Criminal in Gopalganj

Police in the Bhor Thana area of Gopalganj near Bhor Chauraha have arrested a notorious criminal who was wanted in several cases, including Arms Act, based on a tip-off. The reward for his capture was set at Rs. 50,000. The arrested criminal has been identified as Swaminath R. Filhal, a resident of Jagdish Bantariya village in the Bhor Thana area. He is currently being interrogated by the police before being sent to judicial custody.

According to SDPO Anand Mohan Gupta, a joint operation involving a technical team, the Bhor Thana team, and the STF team led to the successful arrest of the wanted criminal.
