Police Arrest 5 Criminals involved in Robbery Case in Bhojpur
SP Pramod Kumar revealed that the police have solved a daylight robbery case that occurred near Jhalaku Nagar Mod in the Ara-Chhapra Forelane under the Koilawar Thana area. The police successfully arrested 5 criminals involved in the incident, including Amit Kumar alias Bullu, Shubham Kumar alias Nanbut, Mukesh Kumar alias Chhotu, Sachin Kumar alias Sunny, and Vikki Kumar. One of the criminals had a history of criminal activities.
Recovered Items and Further Investigations
The arrested criminals, including a liner, were found with 2 bikes, 5 mobile phones, Aadhar cards, and cash amounting to 10,000 rupees. Their arrest has led to the detection of 4 other incidents in the Koilawar area. During interrogation, they admitted to their involvement in the crimes. The police are still searching for 3 more criminals involved in the incidents.
Robbery Incident Details
On July 18, 2024, a group of 8 armed criminals on bikes looted a businessman, Sanjeev Kumar Monu, of 4 lakhs and 35 thousand rupees along with other valuables between Jhalaku Nagar Mod and Ashram on the Ara-Chhapra Forelane. The police formed a team led by SDPO Ranjeet Kumar Singh to investigate the case. Amit was the first to be caught, followed by Shubham, Mukesh, Sachin, and Vikki. The team included various police officials from Koilawar Thana.

The police are continuing their efforts to apprehend the remaining 3 criminals involved in the robbery incidents. The team, led by SDPO Ranjeet Kumar Singh, is determined to ensure the safety and security of the Koilawar area and prevent such criminal activities in the future.
एसपी प्रमोद कुमार ने दी जानकारी कि बिहार के भोजपुर के कोईलवर थाना क्षेत्र अन्तर्गत आरा-छपरा फोरलेन पर झलकु नगर मोड़ के पास व्यवसायी संजीव कुमार मोनू से दिनदहाड़े घटित लूटपाट के मामले का पुलिस ने खुलासा किया है। इसमें 5 अपराधियों को गिरफ्तार किया गया है। इनमें से एक अपराधी का पहले से भी आपराधिक इतिहास रहा है। गिरफ्तारी से कोईलवर क्षेत्र में घटित 4 कांडों का उद्भेदन हो गया है। इनके पास से 2 बाइक, 5 मोबाइल, वादी का आधार कार्ड और 10 हजार नकद बरामद किया गया है। एसपी ने बताया कि 18 जुलाई 2024 को बड़हरा के बबुरा निवासी व्यवसायी संजीव कुमार मोनू तगादा कर लौट रहे थे, जब उन्हें लूटा गया था। इसे लेकर पुलिस ने एक टीम का गठन किया और 5 अपराधियों को गिरफ्तार किया।
