A fake teacher was arrested at Samastipur B.Ed College while trying to attend training in someone else’s name.
A woman pretending to be a teacher was caught at B.Ed College in Samastipur. She arrived there for a five-day training session but was not the real candidate. The college staff grew suspicious when they noticed discrepancies during the biometric attendance checks.
The woman, identified as Soni Kumari, was attending the training instead of the actual teacher Heena Parveen. When the college staff questioned her, she revealed her real identity. This raised concerns, prompting the Principal, Dr. Pawan Singh, to inform the local police.
As soon as the police arrived, they arrested Soni Kumari, who lives in the Mufassil police area. She admitted that she was sent to the training by another woman named Anita, who promised her money to attend on her behalf. However, Anita is not a teacher herself.
Following this incident, the college principal filed a complaint with the police. An FIR has been registered against Soni Kumari, Heena Parveen, and Anita Kumari. The authorities are now working on sending Soni for a medical examination before she is taken to jail.
The police are continuing their investigation into the case. The Sadar SDPO confirmed that Soni has been arrested for impersonating a teacher during the training session, and they are looking into the actions of the other two women involved.
