Arrest made in tractor owner shooting incident in Gaya
The police have arrested the accused, Haider, in a case involving demanding extortion money and shooting at a tractor owner in the Kotwali Thana area of Gaya. The incident took place on Thursday in the Ramshila area of the police station. The driver narrowly escaped the shooting, while the tractor owner, Amit Kumar, claimed that Haider had demanded a ransom of Rs 50,000 recently. When he refused to pay, Haider targeted the tractor driver on Thursday morning.

The police are also searching for Haider’s accomplices in connection with the incident. The Ramshila area is known for its sand mining business along the banks of the Falgu River.
