Police are investigating the incident where criminals shot a mother and daughter in Lakhisarai on Saturday morning. The daughter died on the way to the hospital, while the mother is in critical condition. The incident took place in the Dharmaraychak ward number six of the town police station area. It is reported that there has been an ongoing dispute between Ramji Yadav and Ramji Saw. Several incidents of firing between the two parties have occurred in the past, leading to the filing of cases at the town police station. Just four days ago, a mother and her daughter were injured in a firing incident related to the same dispute.
According to the police, the shooting incident occurred due to a personal dispute. One woman has died as a result of the firing. The search for the culprits is ongoing, with raids being conducted to apprehend them. Questioning of some individuals is also underway. Further action is being taken in the case.
