A student of BCA (Bachelor of Computer Applications) residing in the Patna hostel hanged himself to death. The student has been identified as Shivam Kumar, a resident of Ara. As soon as the information was received, the police from Rupaspur police station reached the scene of the incident and sent the body for post-mortem to the district hospital.
The student was studying at AMITY University. Providing information about the incident, the Rupaspur police station in-charge stated that Shivam Kumar was studying at the high-tech hostel in Rupaspur while pursuing his BCA from AMITY University. After returning from college on Thursday, Shivam Kumar went to his room and stayed inside. When he did not come out of his room for a long time, the students staying in the adjacent rooms went to his door and called out to him, but there was no response from inside. Concerned about a possible mishap, his friends informed the local police about the situation. As soon as the information was received, the police from Rupaspur police station reached the hostel and broke open the door. Upon opening the room, everyone present there was shocked to see Shivam’s body hanging from the fan. He was already dead.
The exact reason behind Shivam’s suicide is currently unclear. However, the Rupaspur police station in-charge mentioned that according to the information received, Shivam Kumar was a bit short-tempered. Just two days ago, his laptop went missing, which had caused him a lot of distress. The police informed Shivam’s relatives about the incident. The case will be revealed only after his relatives reach Patna. The police are currently questioning the students residing nearby.
बिहार के पटना शहर में रहने वाले एक BCA छात्र ने अपनी पढ़ाई के बाद फांसी लगाकर आत्महत्या कर ली। उसकी पहचान शिवम कुमार के रूप में की गई है। पुलिस ने घटनास्थल पर पहुंचकर उसका शव पोस्टमार्टम के लिए अस्पताल भेज दिया। शिवम का लैपटॉप कुछ दिन पहले खो गया था और इसके चलते उसका मन थोड़ा गुस्सैल था। पुलिस अभी तक आत्महत्या के कारणों को स्पष्ट नहीं कर पाई है और छात्रों से पूछताछ कर रही है।
