Police investigate the case
In Mungeer, a case of sexual assault on a woman along with her son has come to light. The incident took place near Nandkumar High School under the Vasudevapur police station, where a woman has accused a man not only of sexually assaulting her but also of sexually assaulting her son for two years. The victim has filed a complaint against both the father and son at the ideal police station in Jamalpur. The accused have been identified as Nripendra Singh and his son Nilesh Singh.
Friendship on Instagram leading to sexual assault
The victim has filed an application at the police station stating that the accused Nilesh initially befriended her on Instagram. As their closeness grew, the accused boy Nilesh trapped the woman in a fake love affair and lured her into a physical relationship in a hotel in Jamalpur. During this time, Nilesh also made an obscene video of the woman. The physical relationship continued between them. Meanwhile, when the case of the son’s misdeeds reached the father Nripendra Singh, he also befriended the woman on Instagram first.
Police involved in the investigation
Regarding the incident, the Station House Officer Rajesh Kumar has mentioned that based on the statement of the victim, a complaint has been registered against both the accused. The police are actively involved in the arrest of the accused and investigating the case.
