Police discover body of Sunil Kumar in Banka
In Banka, the police found the body of a youth hidden in the bushes of Mandar hill. The body has been identified as Sunil Kumar, a resident of Mahesh Deeh in the Town Thana area.
Murder in an illicit relationship
According to the Superintendent of Police, Vipin Bihari, an illicit relationship was established between a village representative and a woman in the village. The woman also had a relationship with a grocery store owner. The woman was the step-sister-in-law of the youth. The youth was accused of threatening to expose the relationship by making obscene videos and audios of the village representative and the woman. This led to the murder of the grocery store owner by the woman, who then threw the body into the bushes.
Police investigation underway
The father of the deceased has accused the village headman, Banti Mandal, of orchestrating his son’s murder. The deceased had two brothers ★one preparing for competitive exams and the other running a grocery store. The Banka Thana in-charge, Rakesh Kumar, stated that the case has been registered and the body sent for post-mortem. The police are currently investigating the entire incident.
