Police Investigating the Incident
In Muzaffarpur, the body of a female student from the Polytechnic College has been found. The body was found on the college campus, and it is said that her death occurred from falling from the fourth floor. The incident took place at the Women’s Polytechnic College hostel located in the Bela Industrial Area of the district. The police have arrived at the scene after receiving information and are currently investigating the case. The deceased student has been identified as 17-year-old Anjali Kumari from Sonpur in Saran. Some people are calling it a suicide, although no suicide note was found near the body. The police are investigating multiple aspects of the case.
Assistance from the FSL Team in the Investigation
The police have stated that initial observations suggest it is a case of suicide. Anjali’s death occurred from falling from the fourth floor of the hostel. The investigation of the case is being carried out with the help of the FSL team. Questioning of some individuals is currently underway, and further action will be taken in the case. The cause of death will be fully determined after the postmortem report is received.
Depression Due to Failing Two Papers
The SHO of Bela Thana, Ranjana Verma, mentioned that a second-year student from the Women’s Polytechnic College died after falling from the fourth floor. It is said that she went to the top of the hostel in the early morning, broke the grill lock, and jumped from the floor below. Upon questioning the deceased student’s classmates, it was revealed that she was in depression due to failing two previous papers. This time, failing one paper caused her significant distress, leading to her suicide. The police have taken custody of the body for postmortem.
