A complaint has been filed at the women’s police station in Darbhanga, regarding the sexual assault committed by a young man named Abhinandan Lal Dev with a 12-year-old girl in the Alinagar police station area of Darbhanga. It should be noted that the victim’s mother passed away a few days ago, while the father, who is mentally ill, remarried. The village held a panchayat in this matter, where the villagers imposed a fine of only 20,000 rupees on the accused and forgave him. In protest against this, the victim’s grandmother filed a complaint at the women’s police station.
Victim given medication for abortion
According to the complaint filed by the victim’s grandmother at the police station, the accused Abhinandan had been sexually assaulting her granddaughter for a long time, while also threatening her with viral videos on the internet and social media when she resisted. Meanwhile, when she became pregnant, the accused found out and gave her medication for abortion. The local people in the village called for a panchayat, where the accused was fined only 20,000 rupees and let go. The victim’s grandmother then filed a complaint against the accused at the women’s police station, where the complaint was immediately sent for medical examination by the District Medical and Health Officer (DMHO).
Victim’s mother passed away a few days ago
According to the complaint filed by the victim’s grandmother, the victim’s mother passed away a few days ago, and she is now taking care of her granddaughter. She stated that after the death of the victim’s mother, her father remarried, but even this marriage did not work out, and a few days later, he became mentally ill. Therefore, the entire responsibility of the granddaughter is on her. The Women’s Police Station in-charge, Nusrat Jahan, stated that the complaint filed by the victim’s grandmother has been registered, and the victim has been sent for medical examination at the DMHO. The investigation into the case is ongoing, and the accused’s arrest is imminent.
दरभंगा के अलीनगर थानाक्षेत्र में एक नाबालिग 12 वर्ष की बच्ची के साथ दुष्कर्म करने का आरोप लगाने वाले युवक अभिनंदन लाल देव के खिलाफ प्राथमिकी दर्ज कराई गई है। इस मामले में पीड़िता की मां की मौत हो चुकी है और पिता मानसिक रूप से बीमार हैं। इस मामले को लेकर गांव में पंचायत भी हुई, जिसमें आरोपी को मात्र 20 हजार रुपये का जुर्माना सुनाकर माफ कर दिया गया। पीड़िता की दादी ने महिला थाना में आरोपी के खिलाफ प्राथमिकी दर्ज कराई है और वहीं प्राथमिकी दर्ज होते ही उसे मेडिकल जांच के लिए डीएमसीएच भेज दिया गया है। आरोपी की गिरफ्तारी के लिए छापेमारी की जा रही है।
