He criticized traditional parties like RJD, BJP, and Congress for allegedly selling tickets.

He announced some significant promises for the people of Gopalganj, including a monthly pension of Rs 2000 for the elderly starting in September 2025. He also pledged free education in private schools for children and job opportunities in Bihar with salaries ranging from Rs 10,000 to Rs 12,000.

Furthermore, Kishore declared that the upcoming Diwali and Chhath festivals will be the last for many families in Bihar to struggle economically. He plans to bring back 50 lakh youth from across the state and provide them with employment opportunities, aiming to improve the living conditions in the region.
