Among these, the Vande Bharat and two Amrit Bharat Express trains will pass through Muzaffarpur, offering fast and direct services for the first time.
With the Jogbani-Danapur Vande Bharat Express, residents of Kosi, Mithilanchal, and Tirhut will enjoy quick access to Patna and West Bihar. This train service will also help strengthen trade ties with Nepal, making it easier for people to travel between the two countries.
For the first time, passengers from Muzaffarpur will have a direct train to Hyderabad, benefiting around 3,000 to 5,000 travelers daily. The Saharsa-Amritsar route will provide better connectivity for East Bihar to Punjab, while the Jogbani to Erode train will link North Bihar with South India.
