Mithila University Promotion Process
The promotion process is ongoing at Mithila University after a long time of demand from employees, which is now being fulfilled. The Vice Chancellor has given approval for this, bringing smiles to all employees.
Temporary Promotions for Fourth Class Employees
Prof. Sanjay Kumar Choudhary, the Vice Chancellor of Mithila University, has approved temporary promotions for fourth class employees along with the third class. The University Secretary, Dr. Ajay Kumar Pandit, has issued a notification to assign lower division clerks to 164 employees from headquarters to Darbhanga, Madhubani, Begusarai, and Samastipur.
Promotion Notification Details
The notification includes promotions for 62 employees in Darbhanga, 33 in Madhubani, 33 in Samastipur, 10 in Begusarai, and 26 fourth class employees at the University headquarters. With the issuance of the notification, the Vice Chancellor has placed Mithila University at the forefront in Bihar in fulfilling employees’ long-awaited demands for promotions.
Employee Protest and Resolution
For the past five days, fourth class employees at the University headquarters have been protesting against being excluded from promotions and errors in the promotion list for third class employees. During this time, the University headquarters was completely shut down.
मिथिला विश्वविद्यालय में प्रमोशन का सिलसिला जारी है और कुलपति ने चतुर्थ वर्गीय कर्मचारियों को भी अस्थाई प्रोन्नति देने की स्वीकृति दी है। विश्वविद्यालय के कुलसचिव ने दरभंगा, मधुबनी, बेगूसराय और समस्तीपुर के कर्मियों को निम्नवर्गीय लिपिक का प्रभार देने की अधिसूचना जारी की है। इसके साथ ही, विश्वविद्यालय को बिहार में पहले पायदान पर लाने का भी दावा किया गया है।
