Jharkhand witnessed rainfall in various districts including the capital city Ranchi on Monday. The northern parts of the state experienced light showers, resulting in a change in the weather. Despite the presence of partial clouds in the morning, the maximum temperature in the capital city remained at 28.0 degrees Celsius, while the minimum temperature was recorded at 13.7 degrees Celsius, both higher than normal. According to meteorologist Abhishek Anand, there was rainfall in some parts of the state, including the capital city, in the past 24 hours. However, the weather is expected to clear up on Tuesday, followed by cold winds blowing towards Jharkhand. During the past 24 hours, the highest recorded rainfall of eight millimeters was in Nagar Utari in Garhwa.

Other places such as Barhi, Bhawanathpur, Lesliganj, Chatra, Hazaribagh, Chandrapura, and Ramgarh also experienced rainfall. This has resulted in an increase in cold during the day.
