Rajkumar Roushan, a resident of Sarai Gadh village in SuPaul district, has proven that with a strong determination, every path becomes easier. Despite working as a laborer, Roushan always had a deep desire to become an entrepreneur and provide employment opportunities to others. After working as a laborer for five years, he started his own business in 2014. Initially, he made cement chairs, benches, pillars, poles, and pots, but now he manufactures a wide range of items including paver blocks, dining tables, and safety tanks, earning a profit of over 1.5 lakh rupees every month.

Heading: Meeting the Market Demand

Roushan revealed that there is a high demand for products made from cement in the market. To meet this demand, he has set up a factory on one acre of land, where 10 workers are employed. The demand for his products extends to other states as well. He mentioned that there is significant demand for his products in various districts of Bihar, such as Supaul, Madhubani, Araria, Saharsa, Madhepura, Muzaffarpur, Darbhanga, and Patna. Additionally, cement products from his factory are also supplied to Koderma district in Jharkhand.

Roushan not only manufactures cement and concrete products but also trains others in this field. People from SuPaul and neighboring districts come to see his products and learn from him. Some even take training and start their own product manufacturing business. Through these initiatives, Roushan is not only advancing his own business but also providing employment opportunities to others by imparting training and connecting them to jobs.

This business is earning him a profit of one and a half lakh rupees per month. Rajkumar Roshan revealed that there is a high demand for these cement products in the market. For this purpose, he has set up a factory on one acre of land where 10 workers are employed. The demand for his products is not only in Supaul but also in other districts of Bihar such as Madhubani, Araria, Saharsa, Madhepura, Muzaffarpur, Darbhanga, and Patna. Additionally, cement products made by him are also being sold in the Kodarma district of Jharkhand. Rajkumar Roshan is also providing training to others and helping them find employment. People from nearby districts as well as Supaul come to see his cement and concrete products. Some even come from far away to learn the work. Not only is he progressing himself, but he is also providing employment opportunities by training others to make their own products.
