Shailendra Kumar, a resident of Baghmarra in the Khaira block of Jamui district, is a devoted follower of Lord Rama and has immense faith in him. He considers himself to be a unique devotee of Lord Rama, just like Hanuman. Just as Hanuman crossed the ocean to reach Lanka as per Lord Rama’s instructions, Shailendra believes that he can do anything for Lord Rama. He has such deep faith in his heart for Lord Rama that he has left all his responsibilities behind and embarked on a journey to seek the darshan of his beloved deity. His determination and devotion demonstrate his true faith and dedication towards Lord Rama.
Shailendra Kumar, residing in Baghmarra in the Khaira block of Jamui district, is a true devotee of Lord Rama, and his devotion towards Lord Rama is remarkable. His faith and dedication can be gauged from the fact that while the entire country is immersed in the festive atmosphere of the upcoming Pran Pratishtha at the newly constructed temple in Ayodhya on 22nd January, Shailendra has done something that will fill your heart with joy. He has started a pilgrimage of nearly 600 kilometers from Jamui to Ayodhya to seek the darshan of Lord Rama and has already set out on this journey.
Even amidst severe cold, Shailendra has started his pilgrimage. He claims to be a true devotee of Lord Rama and believes that just as Hanuman went to Lanka for Lord Rama, he can go to any extent for his beloved deity. That is why Shailendra has embarked on a pilgrimage from Jamui to Ayodhya. Despite the freezing cold and dense fog, he starts his journey every morning.
He covers a distance of around 30 kilometers each day. After determining a distance of 25 to 30 kilometers, he rests every day, and in this way, he plans to reach Ayodhya by 17th or 18th January. Another person from Jamui is accompanying him on this journey. The two friends discussed over the phone and decided to go on a pilgrimage to seek the darshan of Lord Rama. Both of them have immense faith in Lord Rama, and their devotion has been the talk of the town recently.
जमुई जिले के बाघमारा के रहने वाले शैलेंद्र कुमार राम भक्त हैं और उनकी आस्था प्रभु श्री राम के प्रति काफी खास है। उन्होंने प्रभु श्री राम के दर्शन के लिए 600 किलोमीटर की पदयात्रा शुरू की है और हर दिन 30 किलोमीटर की यात्रा कर रहे हैं। शैलेंद्र और एक और शख्स इस यात्रा में हैं और उनकी राम भक्ति चर्चा में है। उत्सव के माहौल में प्रभु श्री राम के जन्मस्थली में नवनिर्मित मंदिर में आगामी प्राण प्रतिष्ठा को लेकर उत्सव हो रहा है।
