Ritu Raj/Muzaffarpur: The Integrated Goat Development Scheme, which has been closed for two years, is being restarted. This will not only boost goat farming in Bihar but also open up avenues for self-employment. This scheme will benefit all interested individuals. People from the general category will receive a 50% subsidy, while SC/ST families will receive a 60% subsidy. The average price of the improved breed of goats has been set at Rs. 15,000. This means that individuals from the general category will receive a subsidy of Rs. 1,21,000, while SC/ST individuals will receive a subsidy of Rs. 1,45,000. The Department of Animal and Fishery Resources has allocated a fund of Rs. 5,22,85,000 for this purpose.
Starting with 20 goats: Under this scheme, you can start with 20 goats. The maximum cost has been estimated at Rs. 2,42,000. Based on a 50% subsidy, individuals from the general category will receive a subsidy of Rs. 1,21,000, while reserved category individuals will receive a subsidy of Rs. 1,45,000. On the other hand, the total cost of 40 goats has been set at Rs. 5,32,000. Under this, individuals from the general category will receive a subsidy of Rs. 2,66,000, while reserved category individuals will receive a subsidy of Rs. 3,19,000. Similarly, the total cost of 100 goats is Rs. 13,04,000. Under this, individuals from the general category will receive a subsidy of Rs. 6,52,000, while reserved category individuals will receive a subsidy of Rs. 7,82,000.
Divided into three categories: District Animal Husbandry Officer Dr. Kanta Prasad explained that this scheme is divided into three categories. In the first category, a subsidy will be provided for 20 goats and one buck. In the second category, a subsidy will be provided for 40 goats and two bucks, and in the third category, a subsidy will be provided for 100 goats and five bucks. He also mentioned that goat farming will not only reduce unemployment in the state but also provide a good income for goat rearers. Interested individuals can apply for this scheme.
मुजफ्फरपुर जिले में दो वर्षों से बंद समेकित बकरी विकास योजना को फिर से चालू किया जा रहा है। इससे बिहार में बकरी पालन को बढ़ावा मिलेगा और स्वरोजगार का रास्ता भी खुलेगा। योजना के तहत सामान्य वर्ग को 50 फीसदी और एससी/एसटी परिवारों को 60 फीसदी अनुदान दिया जाएगा। उन्नत नस्ल की बकरी की औसत कीमत 15 हजार रुपए तय की गई है। इस तरह सामान्य वर्ग को एक लाख इक्कीस हजार और एससी/एसटी वर्ग को एक लाख 45 हजार रुपए अनुदान दिया जाएगा। इसमें पशु एवं मत्स्य संसाधन विभाग ने 5 करोड़ 22 लाख 85 हजार रुपए का फंड रखा है। योजना के अंतर्गत आप 20 बकरियों से शुरुआत कर सकते हैं और इसकी अधिकतम लागत 2 लाख 42 हजार रुपए है। तीन श्रेणियों में बांटी गई है जिसमें पहली श्रेणी में 20 बकरियों और एक बकरे के लिए अनुदान दिया जाएगा, दूसरी श्रेणी में 40 बकरियों और दो बकरों के लिए अनुदान मिलेगा और तीसरी श्रेणी में 100 बकरियों और 5 बकरों के लिए मिलेगा। यह योजना बेरोजगारी में कमी लाएगी और बकरी पालकों को सालाना मोटी कमाई भी देगी। इच्छुक लाभुक अप्लाई कर सकते हैं।
