REPORT: Robbery and Firing Incident in Muzaffarpur Jewelry Shop
Muzaffarpur, Bihar is currently witnessing a rise in criminal activities, which is leading to major incidents almost every day. A big news has come from Muzaffarpur, where fearless criminals looted a jewelry shop and also fired multiple rounds. During the incident, the criminals also shot one employee of the shop, who is currently admitted to a private hospital for treatment.
Police have arrived at the scene and have started investigating the case. They have also recovered two cartridges from the crime scene. The incident of firing and robbery took place on Bhagwanpur Reva Road in the Sadr Thana area, where a gang of six criminals on three bikes arrived at the Heeralal Sarraf and Jewelers shop and started looting. However, by that time, the shop owner had already taken away the cash.
The criminals fired around 5-6 rounds inside the shop and took the employees hostage, looting several pieces of jewelry. During the incident, one employee was shot in the leg and is currently admitted to a private hospital. After executing the robbery, the criminals managed to escape. The shop owner revealed that the criminals tried to find cash but it was not there, so they looted the valuable jewelry kept on the counter.
The police have started investigating the robbery and firing incident based on the information received. Considering the seriousness of the case, the City ASP Avdhesh Dikshit and City SP Arvind Pratap Singh also arrived at the scene. The police are analyzing the CCTV footage from the shop to identify the criminals involved.
