However, now SBI customers do not need to worry. They can easily access their bank statements and other related information from the comfort of their homes.
New Helpline Numbers for Better Customer Service
India’s largest debtor company, the State Bank of India, has released three new helpline numbers to provide better services to its customers. By dialing just one number, customers can solve their banking problems from their homes. This not only saves time but also eliminates the need to visit a bank branch. SBI accountant M.K. Kumar has mentioned that customers can avail various banking services by dialing toll-free numbers such as 180012345, 18002100, and 18008900.
Facilities Available through Toll-Free Numbers
Customers can perform a variety of banking services by dialing the toll-free number provided by SBI. They can check their account balance, view the last five transactions, block ATM cards, check dispatch status, track checkbook dispatch status, deposit interest certificates via email, apply for a new ATM card after blocking, and more. One of the key benefits is that customers can receive their annual statements on their mobile phones from the comfort of their homes, provided their account is linked to an email ID.
