Senior IAS officer KK Pathak is once again in the spotlight, with many questions being asked about him on social media platforms. Some people are saying that he is on leave, while others are saying that he is on vacation. This all started when the General Administration Department issued a letter on January 9, stating that the Additional Chief Secretary of the Education Department, KK Pathak, will be on leave from January 8 to January 16. Therefore, he will be replaced by IAS officers from the 2007 batch and the Secretary of the Education Department, Baidyanath Yadav.
It is being said that Senior IAS officer KK Pathak went on leave due to health reasons. After that, he was granted leave and the command of the Education Department was handed over to IAS officer Baidyanath Yadav. Meanwhile, on January 13, CM Nitish Kumar will issue appointment letters to the selected teachers in the second phase from BPSC. Last time, CM Nitish Kumar praised Senior IAS officer KK Pathak from the stage during the appointment letter distribution ceremony. Therefore, this time, with KK Pathak not being present at the appointment letter distribution ceremony, speculations have started to arise.
Just three days ago, the IMA wrote a letter to the Chief Secretary of the Bihar government, Aamir Subhani, demanding an investigation into the allegations against KK Pathak. Not only that, the Bihar branch of the IMA had also criticized Senior IAS officer KK Pathak for using abusive language. It should be noted that Senior IAS officer KK Pathak was accused of verbally abusing urologist Dr. Ajay Kumar over the phone. Dr. Ajay Kumar stated that KK Pathak had called him on September 25 and used abusive language. Dr. Ajay also accused KK Pathak of harassing him and has filed a complaint regarding the matter.
