In the final match, Patna defeated Nawada by a close margin of 24-20 to become the champions of the tournament. The teams from Sheikhpura and Begusarai also participated in the championship.

शेखपुरा के बरबीघा शहर में आयोजित हुई 3 दिवसीय 12वीं बिहार राज्य सीनियर पुरुष हैंडबॉल प्रतियोगिता का फाइनल मैच पटना और नवादा के बीच हुआ। पटना ने इस मुकाबले में 24/20 के अंतर से जीत हासिल की और इस तरह 12वीं बिहार राज्य सीनियर पुरुष हैंडबॉल चैम्पियनशिप के खिताबी खिताब को अपने नाम कर लिया। इस प्रतियोगिता में शेखपुरा और बेगूसराय की टीम ने संयुक्त रूप से भाग लिया।
