Special Court in Munger sentences accused under POCSO Act
In a case related to the Havelli Khadagpur police station in Munger, Judge Pradeep Kumar Chaudhary took action against the accused Kundan Kumar under various sections of the Indian Penal Code and the POCSO Act. The Special Public Prosecutor Pritam Kumar Vaishya participated in the debate on behalf of the prosecution in this case. He stated that the accused Kundan Kumar had asked the informant’s daughter to sit on his bike and leave home. He then fled and went to Visakhapatnam in Odisha. While returning from there, the police apprehended the victim in Kajra. Kundan Kumar managed to escape the police by deceiving them. He was later arrested. The court has sentenced the accused to life imprisonment under various sections of the Indian Penal Code and the POCSO Act.
Special Prosecutor presents arguments in court

The court found him guilty under various sections of the Indian Penal Code and the POCSO Act and sentenced him to life imprisonment.
