To prepare Aloo-Kachalu at home, start by boiling the potatoes and cutting them into slices after they cool down. Add spices such as black salt, cumin powder, roasted cumin powder, red chili powder, chaat masala, finely chopped green chilies, julienne ginger, finely chopped coriander leaves, tamarind pulp, and lemon juice. Mix all the ingredients well and serve with tomato slices if desired. This delicious street food can be enjoyed with your family at home.
