Strange Case of Missing Baby in Samastipur’s Patori Sub-District Hospital
A bizarre case has emerged from the Patori sub-district hospital in Samastipur, where a father is desperately searching for his missing child. According to the case, the child was born on November 27th in a government hospital, but the father alleges that his mother-in-law sold the baby and the matter has been reported to the police for investigation.
Details of the Mysterious Case
Mukesh Ram, a resident of Aamamuri village in the Vaishali district, had sent his pregnant wife Daulati Devi to her maternal home in Banwira village of Halai OP area in Samastipur district. After experiencing labor pain, Mukesh’s mother-in-law admitted his wife to the Patori sub-district hospital around 2:00 PM on November 27th, the day the baby was safely born. Mukesh’s mother-in-law informed him about this through a phone call. When Mukesh expressed his desire to see the baby and considered coming to the hospital, his mother-in-law informed him that he does not have a driving license and therefore discouraged him from coming, as police vehicle checks are being conducted in various places.
Sad Outcome: Baby’s Death and Allegations
The baby’s condition is critical and has been kept in the CCU. Mukesh’s mother-in-law told him that he could come in the morning to see the baby. When Mukesh and his mother went to see the baby in the morning, his mother-in-law informed them that the baby’s condition is not stable and that he is currently in the CCU. They were sent back home to arrange for the money. On November 29th, Mukesh was informed by his mother-in-law that their baby had died and was buried underground. Following this, Mukesh reached the hospital on the evening of November 30th and informed the police. The police are currently checking the entry and dispatch registers at the hospital. Mukesh, the baby’s father, claims that his wife neither listens nor speaks properly, and her mental health is also deteriorating. He alleges that his mother-in-law sold the baby. The GNM deployed at the hospital has stated that the baby was safely delivered and dispatched.
