Successful Crackdown on Robbery in Mohania Thana Area
The police in Kaimur have successfully cracked down on a robbery that took place in the Mohania Thana area. In this case, 6 criminals, including one from Munger district, have been arrested. The criminals were planning a robbery in Pusauli in the Kudra Thana area, but thanks to a tip-off, they were apprehended by the Mohania DSP.
Arrested Criminals Include Notorious Offenders
Among the arrested criminals are some with a history of criminal activities. The arrested individuals include Badeka Pakdihaar from the Mohania Thana area, Ajay Kumar and others from the Kudra Thana area, and Saqib Khan from Munger district. All 6 criminals were apprehended.
Crackdown Operation Led by Mohania DSP
The operation to crack down on the robbery was led by Mohania DSP Lalit Mohan Sharma. The Kudra police received information that a gang led by Upendra Yadav alias Katappa was active in committing robberies on the road. With the help of a DI team, a raid was conducted on the road near Pusauli in the Kudra Thana area, resulting in the arrest of 6 individuals.
Seized Items and Future Action
During the raid, 2 desi kattas, cartridges, and a stolen bike were recovered. Upendra Yadav, who had been released from jail on February 22 in connection with a robbery case, was found to be actively involved in criminal activities again. All arrested individuals will be sent to jail, and further investigations will be carried out to prevent any future criminal activities.
