Supreme Court denies bail to suspended IAS officer Pooja Singhal in the money laundering and corruption case.

The suspended IAS officer from Jharkhand, Pooja Singhal, has been denied bail once again by the Supreme Court. Singhal is facing charges of money laundering and corruption. The court has refused to grant her bail during the hearing of her bail application.

Singhal had requested bail on grounds of her health condition. However, the court did not consider her health condition as a valid reason for granting bail. Singhal will remain in custody as the investigation into the case continues.

This is not the first time that Singhal’s bail application has been rejected. She has been facing legal challenges since her suspension and has been denied bail in previous hearings as well. The Supreme Court’s decision to deny her bail indicates that the court considers the charges against her to be serious and that she is a flight risk.
