Young man found dead in suspicious circumstances in Devipur village of Dhanaha Thana area

A young man’s body was found in suspicious circumstances in Devipur village in the Dhanaha Thana area. The deceased has been identified as Upendra Rajbhar (25), a resident of Kanthi Chapra village in the Dhanaha Thana area of Uttar Pradesh. Upendra’s wife, Rani Devi, had returned to her parents’ home ten days ago. The incident was not reported to the police initially. After the incident, the young man’s wife and other relatives from the in-laws’ side brought Upendra’s body to his home in a private vehicle. Upendra’s family then took the body to Dhanaha Thana, where the police sent the body for postmortem.

Allegations of murder and suicide surface in the case

Upendra’s father, Birja Rajbhar, filed a complaint at the police station alleging that his son had been murdered. The body of his son was brought home in a tempo. Meanwhile, Upendra’s wife, Rani Devi, and her father, Belas Rajbhar, claimed that Upendra’s death was due to an electric shock. Rani Devi told the police that Upendra used to beat her after drinking alcohol. On the day of the incident, when the family members were not at home, Upendra hanged himself in the house. The police have registered an FIR based on the father’s complaint and have started investigating the case.

Police questioning the deceased’s wife and mother-in-law

Currently, the police are questioning the deceased young man’s wife and mother-in-law. Different people have given different statements, and the police are looking into all aspects of the case. The investigation is ongoing to determine the actual cause of Upendra’s death in Devipur village of Dhanaha Thana area.
