Tanya Kumar, a resident of Sonakhar village in Aliaganj block of Jamui district, has secured the 11th position in the Bihar Board Matric Examination. She scored 478 marks in the exam. Tanya’s father, Mantu Lahiri, sells bangles on the footpath in Aliaganj market. Tanya completed her schooling from Plus Two Janata High School in Aliaganj Sonakhar.
