Their friendship on Facebook turned into love, and they decided to get married in Devghar. They even made a commitment to live and die together on the internet. However, after their marriage, the girl’s family filed a case at the police station, claiming that she had been kidnapped. The girl’s family accused the boy and his family of kidnapping and lodged a complaint at the Madhusudanpur Thana. The girl herself went to the Bihar court to file a statement along with the boy, stating that they had a court marriage before their Devghar wedding. The police also visited the accused boy’s house and gave an ultimatum. The girl’s family claimed that she had been kidnapped and manipulated into marrying the boy, and they demanded action in this matter. However, the girl has now come forward with her side of the story, stating that she entered a love marriage with the boy of her own free will, and the Facebook friendship was the starting point. They got married in Devghar on December 25th. The girl has also made several allegations against her family, claiming that they threatened to kill her. Currently, the police have taken the girl into custody and registered her statement in court, where she has expressed her consent to live with the boy.
