During the national executive meeting of the Rashtriya Janata Dal in Delhi, Lalan Singh resigned from his position as the national president of the Janata Dal United. This major political development in Delhi has also heated up the politics in Bihar. Currently, the news of RJD’s Tejashwi Yadav is making headlines. Following Lalan Singh’s resignation, Bihar’s Deputy CM Tejashwi Yadav has cancelled his foreign tour. Tejashwi Yadav was scheduled to visit Australia and New Zealand on January 6. According to sources, Tejashwi Yadav is waiting for Nitish Kumar to return to Patna. As soon as Nitish Kumar returns, Tejashwi Yadav will meet him and discuss the future strategy of the Mahagathbandhan.
ED Summons Tejashwi Yadav
However, it is also being reported that Tejashwi Yadav has received a summons from the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in exchange for a land job. The ED has called Tejashwi Yadav for questioning at its Delhi headquarters on January 5. However, Tejashwi Yadav did not go to Delhi for the previous summons from the ED. In fact, Tejashwi Yadav was supposed to appear at the ED office on December 21. Therefore, it is speculated that Tejashwi Yadav may go to Delhi for questioning by the ED this time.

After Lalan Singh’s resignation, the political statements have begun. The Uttar Pradesh JDU President Satyendra Patel has made a big statement regarding Lalan Singh. Satyendra Patel stated that a new energy has been transmitted today as Nitish Kumar has become the national president of JDU. Satyendra Patel said that JDU made a mistake by giving the national presidency to the wrong hands. He further mentioned that Nitish Kumar has now taken up the responsibility of the national president once again. This will particularly have an impact in Uttar Pradesh and Jharkhand.
