Tejaswi Yadav Opposes Supreme Court Decision on SC-ST Matter

Tejaswi Yadav has opposed the Supreme Court’s decision on the SC-ST matter. He stated in a press conference on Friday that they are not in favor of the decision. He called on the central government to bring an ordinance and resolve the conflict. He emphasized that they will not allow the increased reservation to be abolished.

Tejaswi Yadav to Visit Bihar Regarding Special State Status and Reservation

Tejaswi Yadav will visit Bihar after August 15 to discuss placing the state under special status and including reservation in the ninth schedule. He assured the public that the increased reservation will not be abolished under any circumstances. He criticized the BJP for being against caste-based census.

Government’s Response to Ninth Schedule Question

The Indian government responded in the parliament that it has the authority to include the reservation in the ninth schedule, not the state government. Tejaswi Yadav accused the central government of lying and stated that the proposal has not been withdrawn.

Tejaswi Yadav Criticizes Bihar Government’s Stand

Tejaswi Yadav criticized the Bihar government and questioned the intentions of the leaders. He accused them of playing games and stated that their intentions are not right. He also questioned why the Chief Minister and all ministers are silent on the matter, calling Nitish Kumar a super flop.

सुप्रीम कोर्ट के एससी-एसटी मामले पर निर्णय के विरोध में तेजस्वी यादव ने कहा कि वह और उनकी पार्टी फैसले के पक्ष में नहीं हैं। उन्होंने केंद्र सरकार से अध्यादेश लाने की मांग की और बढ़ा हुआ आरक्षण खत्म नहीं होने देंगे। उन्होंने बिहार के दौरे के बारे में भी बताया और जातीय गणना का विरोध किया। वह नीतीश कुमार की सरकार को भी निशाना बनाए रखने का दावा करते हुए कहा कि राजद इन मुद्दों पर आंदोलन करेगी। उन्होंने भी बिहार सरकार की नीति को सवाल उठाया और मुख्यमंत्री और मंत्रियों की चुप्पी पर सवाल उठाया। उन्होंने अपना पक्ष सुप्रीम कोर्ट में भी रखने की घोषणा की।
