Tejashwi Yadav extends Makar Sankranti greetings
Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Yadav extended his wishes to the people on the occasion of Makar Sankranti. During a dahi-chura feast at Rabri Devi’s residence, he expressed his happiness over the large number of people in attendance despite the cold weather. He also welcomed Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and other cabinet members, emphasizing the joy of sharing such occasions. Regarding the speculations about the Mahagathbandhan alliance, Tejashwi dismissed them as baseless, questioning the need for clarification on matters that are not relevant.
BJP troubled by the Mahagathbandhan’s achievements
Tejashwi Yadav stated that ever since the formation of the Mahagathbandhan alliance, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has been bothered by the progress made in terms of employment opportunities, caste enumeration, and increased benefits for all. He pointed out the fear among certain individuals due to the investments in Bihar. He also questioned whether people were aware of the seat distribution within the state.
No tilak on Nitish Kumar’s forehead
Unlike previous dahi-chura feasts, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar did not have a tilak on his forehead when he arrived at Lalu Yadav and Rabri Devi’s residence. In the past, Lalu Yadav, Rabri Devi, and their family members would personally greet Nitish Kumar at the gate and see him off. However, this time, such scenes were absent. It is worth mentioning that during the 2015 feast, Lalu Yadav had applied a tilak on Nitish Kumar’s forehead, symbolizing his victory and ultimately leading to a significant win for the Mahagathbandhan alliance in the elections. The absence of certain familiar elements has sparked speculations and discontent in the political arena.
पटना में उप मुख्यमंत्री तेजस्वी यादव ने मकर संक्रांति के अवसर पर लोगों को शुभकामनाएं दीं। उन्होंने बताया कि ठंड में भी हजारों लोगों ने राबड़ी आवास पर दही-चूड़ा भोज में भाग लिया है और मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार को भी स्वागत किया गया। उन्होंने इससे पहले महागठबंधन के बारे में कहा कि सब बेकार की बातें हैं और सभी नौकरियां मिल रही हैं। इसके साथ ही सीट बंटवारे पर भी उनके बीच विवाद है। इसके अलावा, लालू यादव और नीतीश कुमार के बीच अब भी नाराजगी की बात सामने आ रही है।
