TMBU Online Meeting for Semester One Enrollment
The Syndicate of Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University (TMBU) held an online meeting on Saturday to discuss agenda items related to the waiver of enrollment fees for SC, ST students, and all categories of female students for the 2024-28 undergraduate semester one enrollment. It was chaired by Vice-Chancellor Prof. Jawahar Lal, with decisions taken unanimously to waive the enrollment fee of only Rs. 350 for SC, ST students, and all categories of female students based on letters received from the government. Other fees related to enrollment will be determined by the Raj Bhavan. Enrollment process is set to begin on June 10.
Discussion on Various Issues
In addition to enrollment matters, discussions were also held regarding court cases, outstanding electricity bills, and the upcoming Senate academic meeting. On May 28, a Syndicate meeting took place where a decision regarding enrollment fee could not be reached due to the absence of some members. Therefore, enrollment for undergraduate programs was postponed until June 8. The syndicate members involved in the online meeting included various faculty heads and administrative staff.
Initiation of Enrollment Process in Colleges
DSW Proctor Bijendra Kumar informed that all colleges have been sent letters to start the enrollment process for undergraduate programs. The first merit list will be released on June 10, based on which enrollment will be conducted in colleges from June 11 to 15. The second merit list will be published on June 19, with enrollment taking place from June 19 to 22. The third merit list will be announced on June 26, followed by enrollment in colleges until June 29. Spot admissions and quota seats enrollment will continue until July 6, with classes commencing from July 6.
तिलकामांझी भागलपुर विश्वविद्यालय (TMBU) ने स्नातक सत्र 2024-28 के लिए एससी, एसटी छात्र-छात्राओं व सभी वर्गों की छात्राओं के नामांकन शुल्क माफी करने का निर्णय लिया। ऑनलाइन बैठक में सभी मुद्दों पर चर्चा की गई और नामांकन की प्रक्रिया 10 जून से शुरू होगी। अतिरिक्त मेधा सूचियों के आधार पर 11 से 15 जून तक नामांकन होगा। इसके बाद क्लास छह जुलाई से शुरू होगी।
