Tractor filled container overturns on railway tracks in Kishanganj
A container filled with goods overturned on the railway tracks while breaking the railings of two bridges in Kishanganj. The driver of the container was seriously injured in the accident. The incident took place near Tita in Kochadhaman block of the district. The injured driver was rushed to a private hospital for treatment with the help of local residents.
Local police take immediate action
Upon receiving information about the accident, local police reached the scene and seized the vehicles involved in the accident to clear the road. Further investigation into the incident is underway. It is worth mentioning that the container was supposed to deliver new tractors to a showroom.
Efforts to restore traffic
Efforts are being made to restore traffic flow in the area. District Magistrate Raja Kumar informed that as soon as information about the incident was received, the police had already arrived at the scene. The damaged vehicles are being lifted from under the bridge and measures are being taken to restore normal traffic conditions.
