Yatayat Jagrukta Abhiyan in Bermo
In Bokaro district, under the Fusro-Gomiya road near Ram Ratan Intermediate School Dori, Beramo’s regional officer Sanjeev Kumar Singh conducted a traffic awareness campaign. He stopped nearly 100 bike riders for half an hour, explaining to them that besides coal and coal transporting vehicles, other heavy vehicles are also passing through the Beramo area in large quantities. It is necessary to keep oneself safe in such situations. He advised them not to carry three loads on a bike, always wear a helmet while riding, not to talk on mobile phones while driving, and always wear seat belts while driving.

During the Yatayat Jagrukta Abhiyan, several police officers from the Beramo police station were present to support the initiative and ensure that the traffic rules and safety guidelines are being followed by the riders. Sanjeev Kumar Singh instructed the bike riders to follow specific safety guidelines such as not overloading their bikes, always wearing helmets, refraining from using mobile phones while driving, and ensuring that car drivers wear seat belts. These guidelines are crucial for preventing accidents and promoting safe practices on the roads in the Beramo region.
