A sad incident happened at the CRPF camp in Madanpur, Aurangabad, on Tuesday morning. A 25-year-old Home Guard jawan named Raju Kumar, who was training there, fell and died. Raju was from Muzaffarpur district, and his death has left everyone in the camp in shock.

Raju Kumar was part of the 2025 batch and had started his training at the Madanpur camp on August 28. He was preparing for a passing-out parade scheduled for January 8. On that fateful morning, while practicing a high jump, he lost control, fell, and became unconscious.

After the fall, his fellow soldiers rushed him to the Community Health Center in Madanpur for first aid. Due to his serious condition, he was quickly referred to Sadar Hospital. Unfortunately, the doctors there declared him dead upon arrival, leaving a group of 244 trainees heartbroken.

After the incident, the Home Guard District Commandant visited the hospital to check on the situation and inform Raju’s family. The post-mortem will only happen once his family arrives. They are currently waiting for Raju’s father and relatives to come to Aurangabad.

The Commandant expressed that this is a very unfortunate event and that the administration is looking into the cause of Raju’s death. They are also working on providing support to his family during this difficult time. The camp is now quiet, and the incident has affected the training activities significantly.
