A serious road accident took place on Thursday near Qazi Chak village in Nawada. Two bikes collided head-on while speeding, leading to a young man’s death and another young man’s severe injuries. The accident has left the local community in shock and mourning.
Witnesses reported that the collision was so intense that both bikers were thrown off their bikes. After the accident on the Rajauli-Amawan road, villagers quickly rushed to help, taking the injured to the sub-divisional hospital in Rajauli for treatment.
At the hospital, the doctors tried to save the injured but sadly declared Vinod Rajvanshi dead on arrival. He was from Dhamal village and his family is devastated by the news of their son’s tragic death.
The second victim, Saudagar Rajvanshi, who comes from Dhab village, is in critical condition. Doctors have referred him to VIMS Pawapuri for advanced treatment, as his health was not improving after initial medical assistance.
Local residents mentioned that both bikers were riding at high speeds, which likely caused them to lose control and crash at a turn. The Rajauli police have taken the body for further investigation and are looking into the matter.
