A tragic road accident in Jharkhand resulted in two deaths and several injuries among youths from Nalanda.


On Friday night, a serious road accident occurred near Charahi Mor in Ramgarh district, Jharkhand. Six young men from Nursarai and Parwalpur areas in Nalanda district were involved in the crash, which took place while they were traveling to worship at a temple.

Sadly, two of the youths, Roopak Kumar and Sonu Kumar, died on the spot. The others, including Gulshan Kumar, Ajay Kumar, and Sandeep Patel, suffered serious injuries. The accident happened when a truck hit their car from behind with great force, causing it to be thrown off the road.

The group was traveling in a car owned by Sandeep Patel, who is from Lakayapar village. The family members shared that they were on their way to Rajarappa temple when the tragic incident took place. Local people helped rush the injured to Hazaribagh Hospital for immediate medical support.

After first aid, doctors referred Sandeep Patel and Chandan Kumar to hospitals in Ranchi and Patna, respectively. Ajay Kumar was admitted to a private hospital in Bihar Sharif, while the bodies of the deceased were taken to Hazaribagh for post-mortem.

This accident has left the local communities in shock, especially in the villages of the victims. Both deceased were well-known; Sonu Kumar worked in the postal department in Siwan, and Sandeep Patel had been living in Delhi.
